Former railway siding, Alnwick

Overview:

Our client required a clear fell on a former railway siding to establish a new depot.

We obtained a felling licence from the Forestry Commission and the project was completed in 10 days. We used our Unimog logging crane(centre picture) to harvest the timber which was subsequently transported to A&J Scott (Wooperton) sawmills for onward processing.

A replanting scheme was approved by the Forestry Commission.
